Why we made the change
We started LilyLink with the goal of creating a connected diabetes management platform specialized for pregnancy, so OBs, MFMs, and prenatal care teams could run programs that worked better for clinicians and patients alike. Today, that platform has grown into a complete suite of tools for tracking and managing diabetes in pregnancy.
But you can't build and roll out a platform without spending a lot of time with the people using it. Across all the private practices, health systems, MFM offices, OB/GYNs, and other maternity providers we serve, we kept hearing the same needs and asks. Software alone couldn’t solve them: extra clinical staff to support patients, billing and revenue cycle management, formal educational resources, and integration with the EHRs and other systems they already use.
So we kept saying yes. We hired a team of pregnancy-specialized RD/CDCES clinicians to deploy at practices that wanted an extra layer of support. We expanded our backend infrastructure to integrate with EHR systems and additional devices. We brought in medical coding and billing expertise so practices get paid fairly for the care they already provide. We launched educational resources in English and Spanish. Piece by piece, LilyLink grew into a comprehensive program for diabetes in pregnancy, built to the highest standards of evidence.
Our new name reflects what we’ve become: a health company, with the platform still at the center. Our mission hasn’t changed, and neither has the team, the platform, your login, and the people you already work with.
